In EU all new buildings have to be nearly zero-energy from 2020.
Savenergy LLC was established in 2009 and was one of the first companies working in the field of buildings energy efficiency in Estonia.
In 2010, Savenergy LLC engineer Marko Merevoo was certified as a “Passive House Designer” by the Passivhausinstitut in Darmstadt, Germany.
For building energy simulation we use dynamic software IDA ICE and VIP-Energy, for Passive Houses – Passive House Planning Package (PHPP).
Savenergy LLC has clients in Estonia, Sweden, Australia and worldwide.
The Construction Project of the Year 2019 in Estonia was The Maakri Quarter in Tallinn. Building Energy Simulation of Maakri 19/1 A and B building was performed by Savenergy LLC.
